VERSORS v0.1.0
Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 4, 2025

1. Agreement

By using Versors, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Versors.

2. The Service

Versors is a cloud-based machine platform that includes AI assistance, content creation tools, file management, and hosting capabilities. We provide the service as-is and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for your account security and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't share your credentials. Don't create multiple free accounts.

4. Your Content

You own your content. As between you and Versors, and to the extent permitted by law: (a) you retain all ownership rights in content you create or upload, and (b) you own all content generated by AI at your direction. We assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to AI-generated content.

To provide the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process your content—but only as needed to run Versors. You're responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it. Don't create or deploy content that's illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates these terms.

5. Prohibited Use

Don't use Versors to:

  • Break laws or infringe others' rights
  • Deploy malicious code or harmful content
  • Access others' accounts or data
  • Overload or abuse the infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Harass, spam, or harm others

6. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided without guarantees. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs. We may limit or throttle AI usage and can moderate interactions as needed.

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing details are available on our website. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You're responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated.

8. Service Availability

We don't guarantee uptime or availability. We may suspend or remove content.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts.

10. Disclaimers and Limits

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING
  • THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES

11. Indemnification

You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these terms.

12. DMCA Takedowns

If you believe content on Versors infringes your copyright, email team@versors.com with: (1) description of the copyrighted work, (2) location of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

13. Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under Delaware law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement and Changes

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Versors. We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
